Huawei Honor 3C White - Bought for Mom but she prefers her Nokia in East Coast Road, East Singapore for sale

I bought this phone for my Mom on 2 Feb 2015 and she finally got to try it only on 21 to 22 Feb though she hardly touched it. She was unhappy with it because it had so many features that are beyond what she is familiar with (she is a long time Nokia 1 series user). Anyway, long story short - I took it back as she did not want to learn how to use it.
Hoping to sell it at a minimal loss. This was purchased in Huawei's Plaza Singapura shop at SGD 269. I am willing to let it go at SGD 230. Condition is 10/10 as it was hardly used and phone is still covered under the Huawei Shop's 1 year warranty.
It includes the standard item you receive in the package from the store - box, charger, battery, earphone and the phone unit. It requires a micro-sim to operate.
We can meet at East or Central MRT area to transact during lunch time or after office hours.
